Bio
Dee Casner began painting in 1986, She has worked in oils and watercolors, but is now primarily a pastelist. Dee has studied w/ Sue Kaminski, Nancy Barch, Donna N. Cusano and others. She is an active member of PWCS, DVAL, & CAC. She has served as president of DVAL and is currently treasurer for PWCS
